Returns & Cancellations

+ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Once the item is received back (buyer is responsible for return shipping), refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

+ What is your cancellation policy on preorders?

We can cancel a preorder before it ships; however, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 90 days are refunded to the original payment method. After 90 days, store credit is issued.

+ How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping

+ How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or delays (weather, toy shows, etc.), processing may take 3–5 business days.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and weight. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

+ How much do you charge for shipping?

Domestic shipping is a flat $6.99. Orders over $75 ship free. Please review our policies regarding combining orders and preorders.

+ Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

+ Can you guarantee the condition of packaging during transit?

We pack every order with protective materials and collector-focused care, but once the package is with the carrier, we cannot control how it is handled. Carriers are responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.

+ What happens if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility for loss or theft. All shipments include insurance, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We are always looking for new product to showcase. We prefer new and unopened items. Send us a message and we’ll be happy to discuss whether it’s a good fit.

Pre-Orders

+ Are preorder deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

+ Are preorder ship dates guaranteed?

No. Preorder dates are estimates and may change based on manufacturer or distributor updates.

+ Can I preorder upcoming releases?

Yes. Select items are available for preorder. You may pay in full, leave a small deposit, or use installment options like Shop Pay or Affirm.

+ When are preorder payments due?

If you paid a deposit, your remaining balance will be charged on the date listed on your receipt or within 7 days of the item’s release date.

+ When will I receive my preorder?

Shipment dates are set by the manufacturer. Estimated arrival dates may shift, and product pages will be updated accordingly. We ship as soon as items arrive at our warehouse.

+ Are preorders guaranteed?

We fulfill all preorders to the best of our ability. In rare cases where a manufacturer cancels or reduces allocations, affected orders will receive a full refund.

+ What happens if my order contains multiple preorder items?

Your order ships once all preorder items have arrived. One delayed item can hold up the entire shipment. If you want items shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.

+ What if my order contains both in-stock and preorder items?

The order ships when the preorder items arrive. In-stock items will not ship early unless purchased separately. Splitting shipments may incur additional shipping fees.

+ Can I use a discount code on a preorder?

Discount codes are not valid on preorder items unless otherwise stated.

+ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Affirm, and PayPal.
