I preordered the Silver Knight a while back. It was shipped to me as soon as it was in stock. It arrived in excellent condition and was packed really well.

I've been a fan of Four Horsemen figures for a few years now, and these ones are no exception - great articulation, accessories and packaging, especially the Figura Obscura Sun Wukong.
The ordering process and prices were good, including the shipping, and everything was well packaged and arrived relatively quickly and undamaged.
My only negative comment is that, as a UK-based customer, I wasn't very pleased to be hit with a customs charge of nearly $50 on arrival, as I wasn't expecting this. I understand this is not actioned by the supplier, however this never happens with other US companies / toy retailers I order from regularly, and the shipping charges are what they are, no surprises - so I would suggest you would look into shipping methods for international orders, as the probability of that type of additional charge probably means you will become more expensive than other places, and thus clients like myself probably wouldn't look to order from you in the future.
